THE BACK OF THE HOUSE HAS THE PERFECT PRIVATE SLED RUN IN THE WINTER. THIS ESTATE CABIN IS LOCATED BETWEEN SNOW SUMMIT (0.7 MILES) AND BEAR MOUNTAIN (1.5 MILES) AND LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM THE LAKE.

FIRST FLOOR has expansive entertainment areas with lots of light. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and floor to ceiling windows a pool table and leather couches. The family room has a large comfortable sofa, a card table, wet bar, fireplace and movie theater quality sound system and 65" HDTV. Off the game room is the chef's kitchen with built in fridge and freezer, seperate kitchen grill and breakfast table with bench seating. The dining room has a large table and seating for 14 at the table.
OUTDOORS: Every room has sliding glass doors to the outside where the heated swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis court can be enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables to enjoy the fun outdoor activities with the family. The yard is a muli-tiered 4 acres of grass and pine trees. Play horse shoes, tag on the lawn, or a vigorous game of tennis or basketball in the altitude. In the winter, the 4 acres turns into a winter wonderland with a long slopping back yard that is perfect for sledding with the kids.
The master bedroom and bunk rooms are on this floor, but recently updated with new furniture and wall treatments. The master has a large open aree with a fireplace for relaxing and a private office. The master bath has everything a spa might have. The bunk room has 4 bunks for the kids and a private bathroom. Master and Bunk room have access to outside and private decks.
Down a flight of stairs to the 3 additional sleeping areas, the garage, and sauna. The open area at the foot of the stairs is a private area for kids to watch movies on a 55" HDTV, and play board games or video games. The 3 car garage has weights and workout equipment. A cedar lined sauna with an internal shower is just inside the cabin from the garage. Bedroom 3 has a queen and private bath. Bedroom 4 has 2 full-sized beds, private balconies and private bathroom. Sleeping area 5, inside the main house is the game room area which has a new pull-out sofa.
GUEST HOUSE W/ 1 QUEEN BD, 1 BA. + KITCHENETTE & LIVING. Guest house is just off the pool and tennis court.
Amenities include high-speed wireless, towels and clean sheets, soap and shampoo, and new cabin themed bedding throughout the house.

Great stay at a house that had something for everyone!

My extended family stayed at Heavenly Valley Estate for 4 days, 3 nights. It is a very large house that was able to easily accommodate 15 people from the ages of 14 to 88! The house is beautifully built with interesting architectural details. One especially unique room was the completely mirrored guest bathroom. Another favorite was the huge custom dining table which was able to seat all 15 of us at dinnertime. But, the best part of the house was the expansive backyard which included a recently resurfaced private tennis court, half basketball court, shuffleboard, pool and spa. The 7 kids (and adults) never had a dull moment! There was even a side area which was discovered on the third day and the kids played an improvised game of crochet. I understand that this house is new to the vacation rental market. The appliances are old and have not been updated, but the house has gotten some new furniture. We encountered a few problems such as the spa not working the first day, some leaking in the bathroom, the TV didn't work etc. but the management at WOW rentals were very responsive and fixed the problems immediately. They are also just getting to know the house and its quirks, but over time, I'm sure they will figure it all out. Overall, we had a great time at the house and my family has already asked me if we could rent it again next year!

All cancellations (including shortened stays) are fully refundable if cancellation notice is received greater than sixty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Reservation Deposit unless rental unit is rebooked for the exact dates as your reservation. All cancellation must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and all cancellations must be confirmed by WowRentlas in writing as well. All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $75 or 5% of total reservation, which ever is greater. Cancellations due to weather, acts of nature, or environmental factors are not subject to refund. WowRentals does not offer refunds due to mechanical/electrical failure or malfunctions with hot tubs, televisions or other equipment.

A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your vacation rental. Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card during the booking process. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee. Reservation Deposit is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. The BALANCE OF RENT will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, then entire payment and fees are due at the time of the reservation.
