Very nice house. by Jeffrey Boerst 06/30/2017
We had a great time in big bear! We took advantage of as much as we could from mountain biking, wake boarding at Holloway, opening night of music in the mountains, and golf. We had a blast the weather was perfect!! We definitely will be back!

Beautiful by Jacquelinne B 01/02/2017
Had the best winter wonderland New Years! Our 3 kids truly enjoy this home specially the view with all the snow. The only thing is that I wished they had washing machine and dryer. But We will definitely come back. Wow rentals was great to work with.
AMAZING COZY CABIN!!!! by Mrs. B 11/22/2016
This cabin exceeded our expectations. The kitchen counters and floors throughout have been updated which the photos do not show. Also, the photos do not do justice for how beautiful this home is. It is also a lot larger and more open than it looks. The views are stunning and the front and backyard are awesome. It's also on a cute cul-de-sac street which made it safe for the kids to bring bikes or scooters. You are also super close to everything. There isa full bar area and so much seating I could not believe it! We shared this cabin with another family and it was the perfect amount of space. The kids loved the bunk beds. Can't wait to stay here again:)
Beautiful, wonderul, relaxing by Nora A 10/10/2016
This property was everything it says it is and more, the pictures are spot on, the hot tube was perfect, the view was exceptional. They have thought of everything you would need for a getaway. We loved sitting on the patio at night and enjoying the fire pit and the sunset. The house was very clean, layout was perfect and boulder bay park is in walking distance and the kids loved going there with their remote control cars. We also enjoyed the alpine slide. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The lake level is low, but the kids still had fun fishing in it. The owner was GREAT to work with!

We enjoyed every part of this trip and will definitely be back to stay at this property, maybe when there is snow this time.

Thank you for a wonderful and memorable trip with our family!!
Big Bear Lakefront by Yane 09/09/2016
My family and I had an enjoyable time at the chalet. It is quite roomy and has a beautiful outside area with a gas grill, fire pit and hot tub. We enjoyed watching the stars and roasting marshmallows. The only issue was that due to the drought the dock is unuseable for a motorized watercraft. A kayak or paddle board would be possible. Should you want to launch a boat, the Fawnskin Water District site is close by and free. There is a small beach where you can set up beach chairs and umbrellas. Lastly, the owner of the rental company and the staff are very helpful. Hopefully, Mother Nature will send some snow this winter.
Fantastic cabin for a weekend getaway! by Casey L. 09/01/2016
I brought my family of 6 up to the lakefront chalet and we had a wonderful time. The cabin is conveniently located in Boulder Bay about 10 min drive from Big Bear downtown. We had a lakeside view and access to our own dock (it's unfortunate that the lake level was very low) but we made the most of it. The cabin inside is very cozy and had plenty of comfortable beds for all of us to sleep soundly. We enjoyed the firepit outside as well as the outdoor hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishware you needed (and having a dishwasher helped out a lot!). The only thing that would have been a 'nice to have' was access to a washer / dryer. Other than that, I would happily come back to visit the lakefront chalet!
The Best by Josh C 08/18/2016
check in was super easy! as soon as we got inside we knew we were going to have a great week! Also i want to add that the owner of the rental company called me just to make sure i was aware of the water level on the lake just in case i was planning on bringing a boat and sent me recent pics of the Dock. i would recommend both this house and this rental company to anyone.
Great House! by jeremy f 08/08/2016
Spent most of our time on beautiful back patio and around the huge gas fire pit at night.
Absolutely darling..... by Kathy M. 07/11/2016
My brother rented this one and I was so jealous. I rented the dump next door (735 Tayles Point Rd.). There is no comparison. Well stocked, immaculate, beautifully furnished, hammock, hot tub, firepit, view, dock, etc., etc., etc. I have earmarked this location for the future.
Great place, great service by Tom 04/05/2016
We absolutely loved this place, the location can't be beat, the views were amazing. Also want to tip the hat to Wow Rentals, we were very happy with their service. The place was clean and in great shape when we got there, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and everything in the house was well maintained and worked properly (e.g., kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, gas grill, etc.). Thanks for a great time, looking forward to returning!

Classically Cozy by Victoria G. 12/06/2015
We had a wonderful time at the chalet over Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living and dining area were open, spacious and nicely decorated. The house is full of personal family touches that makes it warm and inviting. We hung out in the jacuzzi and had a winter evening around the fire pit. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and stay again when we need a large space to accommodate our full clan.

Very COZY !!! by Natalie T. 12/04/2015
We loved this cabin! It had a very cozy feel to it. The decorations were detailed and made us feel at home. We loved the backyard the most, the fire pit to the patio made from wooden logs. We felt like we were at the best house on the bay.
What a great location AND everything we needed inside! by Paula P. 11/13/2015
We three ladies had a great 3-day weekend (well, 4 days due to snow we were unprepared for). Beautiful home right ON THE WATER! We fed the ducks and hot-tubbed it in the cold night air. We roared the fire the whole time we were there and had wood left over. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Each of us brought all the fixings for a meal. We cooked, drank wine, ate, drank wine and watched movies on the huge TV (oh and we drank some wine). Had a great time shopping around at the antique and thrift stores. Tip: Have firewood delivered so you can light the fire as soon as you get there.

Great Weekend Getaway by Jason M 10/12/2015
We stayed here over the labor day weekend. It was a great place for an extended weekend get away. The water was low, however, this property still provides access to the water for fishing off of the dock. The place accommodated our family of 8 quite well.
Will not disappoint by Eric B. 10/05/2015
we recently stayed here with a group of good friends and had a blast. this cabin has everything you need. lots of space, beautiful views, very clean, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking gourmet. what we were after most of all was a nice outdoor place to relax and hang out and this place was exactly that. the patio overlooking the lake was done professionally and an amazing place to be. you cant go wrong with this one. I would highly recommend it!

Great Summer Rental by Dana 08/19/2015
We had a wonderful time renting this lakefront home. The location of this home is ideal for a summer vacation. Our vision was to wake in the morning and watch the kids fish off the dock while drinking coffee...we did that every morning of our vacation. While the water level is low, we were still able to enjoy fishing and swimming right in front of the house. The patio is where we spent most of our time, it is large and well equipped to BBQ, jacuzzi, relax and play games. We had one night where the smoke alarm battery was beeping for hours (too high to replace without a ladder) and after a quick phone call in the morning it was taken care of by the property manager. Unpreventable scenario, but they handled it quickly. Thank you for a wonderful multi-family vacation in your home.

Restful Resort by Lisa 07/28/2015
We loved the cabin. So roomy and comfortable. The one and only drawback is the traffic noise from the highway. Other than that it is fully stocked and the realtors we worked with were extremely accommodating. It is a perfect place and we will definitely be back! Thanks

We had such a wonderful time at the Boulder Bay Lake front Chalet. by Kimberly R. 07/04/2015
We had such a wonderful time at the Boulder Bay Lake front Chalet. Our family of 8 stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. Everything that we needed was there. I would recommend this place to everyone. Clean, organized, gorgeous view. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We can't wait to go back.
Great place to relax and enjoy the views! by Jason W. 06/14/2015
Great place to relax and enjoy the views! My family and I (3 boys ranging in age from 19 to 5 years old) stayed at the vacation rental for the first time in July 2014. You always worry when you go to a place for the first time hoping that it will meet your expectations. As soon as we pulled into the driveway, I could tell that it was going to be a great week. The place is clean, much bigger than we thought, and well stocked. Heck, we didn't even need to bring beach towels for the Jacuzzi! The rooms are very good size and the family room is huge, with a very big dining room. Again, we instantly felt like we were home. Our favorite part by far was the back patio. It is huge! The view is unbelievable of Boulder Bay. Sitting in the Jacuzzi all week at sunset while watching people fish, kayak, and standup paddleboard at the lake glassed off was awesome. The kids left fishing from the private deck and even though we didn't catch anything, they were plenty of fish literally jumping out of the water. The kids loved fishing from the private deck and even though we didn't catch anything, there were plenty of fish literally jumping out of the water. The outdoor set up as great as we ate lunch and dinner out there, hung out by the fire pit, or take another dip in the Jacuzzi. Our plans to bring waverunners up to the cabin fell through, but due to the low lake level in 2014 it probably worked out for the best. I guess that's the only downside but is not controlled by the owner obviously. If you were to bring a boat up here with low lake levels it might be a little difficult maneuvering through the area as there was one large boulder just underwater. I'm sure a seasoned and experience boater could do it no problem, but I'm glad I didn't have to deal with it. There's a small store within walking distance of the place to rent paddle boards and kayaks right there too. This is definitely a place that we plan on going every year. Even though the lake level is low, if you're looking for a place to relax, this is the place to go.
Amazing location, beautiful home. by TG 05/10/2015
Amazing location, beautiful home. Outdoor area is great for relaxing and enjoying the serenity. Two families, 4 kids shared this cabin for two days. Very comfortable inside. Beds were newer, clean and provided great sleep. House was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, BBQing, relaxing, making drinks! Dads fished with the kids off the dock that is right off the large patio, caught three blue gill! Kids loved it. We rented kayaks for a few hours just a short walk from the cabin and spent a few hours paddling around Boulder Bay with the kids. Priceless memories. Management was really easy to work with and the booking process was easy and fast with great communication. We will return!!
Large yet cozy. by Anne Marie 02/21/2015
Large yet cozy. I have stayed at this large house several times during the winter months. It is one level so it is good for disabled, elderly, and for connecting more with other guests staying with you. The master bedroom is really large and romantic with a sunken tub. Also the master is separated from the other bedrooms. There is a Jacuzzi that overlooks Boulder Bay which has really nice sunsets. The house is ideal for entertaining because of the layout and large kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. I also love the Boulder Bay area because it is not in the center of town but still close enough. The house has easy access from the front way up to the mountain.
Thank u again for another great stay by Toan 01/04/2015

Winter Dream! by Carl 12/28/2014
Winter Dream! I have stayed here many many times and love it. What a family vacation! We have stayed here in the winter and summer and enjoy both. Have to admit it's the perfect cabin for summer. Sitting on the dock fishing with my son. Doesn't get better.

We have stayed in this Boulder Bay Lakeside home before and each time, we love it more and more. The kids woke up early every morning to take the boat out or fish off the dock which is only steps from the back door. In the afternoons they enjoyed pulling each other around on tubes or kayaking.

My husband relaxed in the jacuzzi. This home is beautifully decorated, open and airy. We spent most of our time sitting on the patio, enjoying the view. We are looking forward to staying here again next year. Can't wait!New Review
Incredible lakefront home! by Carole G. 07/13/2014
Incredible lakefront home! Our family has rented this beautiful lakefront home every year in August for many years. Private boat slip is only a few steps from the back door. Covered patio area includes a BBQ & Jacuzzi. The kids fish off the dock, kayak around the bay and toss bread to the ducks. Master bedroom & bath are large, luxurious and well appointed. Boulder Bay is the prime location in Big Bear. Home is tucked back in to the quiet part of the bay creating a serene little piece of paradise. Kitchen is sizable & well stocked. Décor throughout this home is lovely. We look forward to staying here every year. Highly recommend.
