Moose Manor is newly added to our program as of August 2016. "Wow" is the only word that can describe the breath-taking views from this 3,100 square foot cabin. It is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool table room, a large wrap-around deck, WiFi, an outdoor hot tub, BBQ and plenty of room to escape. The cabin features a living room with expansive windows, a large and toasty wood-burning fireplace, and two sliding glass doors that bring the outside in! Moose Manor is a short distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort (2 minutes) and is less than a mile to both the Lake and The Village where all the best restaurants and bars are located. With easy access to The Village, hiking, and ski slopes Moose Manor is the perfect Big Bear destination. There are beds for 11 with room for blowup beds or sleeping bags too.
ENTRY FLOOR: Located on the entry level is the primary living space with a comfortable living room with fireplace and HD TV as well as the kitchen, pool table room and large outdoor decks with the hot tub. This level has bedroom and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom has two bunk beds, 1 twin over full, and 1 twin over twin which are appointed with comfortable and cozy bedding and cabin themed furnishings and decor.
TOP FLOOR: Up a short flight of stairs is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and its own private deck with endless views. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, the first has a king size bed, the other has 2 bunk beds (1 twin over twin, 1 twin over full).
AMENITIES: We provide only the finest luxury amenities that include: Spa-quality towels, high thread-count linens, spa soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion, and quality paper products.
ADDITIONAL INFO: High speed WIFI access is provided. Parking is available for 5 cars. During and after winter snow storms this property can be difficult to access. It is highly recommended that your vehicle is a 4X4. Chains may be required.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out! Very large, open and roomy, third level ground garage for two large cars or a large truck. Master bedroom is great and large enough to fit another 2 queen air matresses. Everything is just a very short drive away. We loved and enjoyed our stay there. The views are fantastic as well! A couple of things to note, we were supposed to be greeted by someone there but she never was able to make it. We arrived around 9pm to an open house, our rep never came by anytime. We also ordered firewood as part of our rental but the wood came very late and after numerous text reminders. Also, not enough pans to cook, bring your own. When arming the house, don't go back down to the gargage, the entire house alarm will go off! Overall great time and place but since I think we were the first ones to book we were the test dummies as well. The ice mentioned in the previous review was definitely not good. We had to scrape the porch and the extremely steep driveway, good thing we had 4 x 4, the truck was sliding down the driveway with it!

All cancellations (including shortened stays) are fully refundable if cancellation notice is received greater than sixty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Reservation Deposit unless rental unit is rebooked for the exact dates as your reservation. All cancellation must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and all cancellations must be confirmed by WowRentlas in writing as well. All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $75 or 5% of total reservation, which ever is greater. Cancellations due to weather, acts of nature, or environmental factors are not subject to refund. WowRentals does not offer refunds due to mechanical/electrical failure or malfunctions with hot tubs, televisions or other equipment.

A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your vacation rental. Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card during the booking process. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee. Reservation Deposit is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. The BALANCE OF RENT will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, then entire payment and fees are due at the time of the reservation.
