CABIN #1 - Suite Summit, has enough space for 8-10 guests and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft with futon, front and back deck, BBQ grill, HDTVs, WiFi, and modern cabin amenities. The home was designed with a two story open floor plan in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Watch football while conversing and preparing dinner in the stocked kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: In addition to the open living room and kitchen, the first floor of Suite Summit provides two bedrooms, a bathroom, and front and back decks. The first floor rooms include a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds and a guest suite with queen bed. The BBQ and hot tub are on the back deck for relaxing after a day of snow skiing, snow boarding,mountain biking, fishing, or boating.
SECOND FLOOR: Up the stairs brings you to a loft that is open to the living room. A foosball table for entertaining and a futon for sitting, reading, or cheering the foosball champs. The futon can serve as an additional sleeping area if needed. The large master bedroom is on this floor. Enjoy an HDTV and space to spread out.
Snow Summit Ski resort is quick walk away. Just 5 houses up Snow Summit Blvd and you have reached the first lift. With easy access to the village, hiking, and ski slopes the Snow Summit Chalets are the most convinient places on the mountain.
Cabin #2 - Serenity Summit is identical in layout to Suite Summit and can also hold 8-10 guest. Total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For large groups or families visiting together, the two homes are perfect... close enough to feel together, but far enough away to provide some seperation and privacy. There is about 20 feet between the two homes.
AMENITIES: We provide only the finest luxury amenities that include: Spa-quality towels, high thread-count linens, spa soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion, and quality paper products.
ADDITIONAL INFO: High speed WIFI and satellite TV is provided in each residence. Parking is available for about 4 cars. Additional street parking is available in this area.

We rented the cabins for my husbands 43rd birthday to have a ski weekend with friends and family. It was great being so close to Snow Summit and just a short walk to the main road with good food selection. The rooms were large and even with a big group there was plenty of room. I look forward to staying again next year!

I loved this place! It was so close to the mountain and even the bike shops. So easy to get around. The place was clean and so quaint- I can't wait to come back this winter!!!
Loved these homes! Great location.
We traveled with our family and 2 sets of grandparents. Loved being able to have separate spaces. We put the grandparents in one cabin and our family of 6 in the other. With the cabins right next to each other it made us all still feel like we were together... but separate. Cabins are nice and clean. Very close to the ski resort. We are for sure coming back in the winter. Highly recommend. Property Manger was easy to work with and met us at the property on our arrival.
Perfect for a Big Group
Steps from the base of the mountain, these houses are ideal for both skiing & year-round activities. They are spacious, well-stocked & can fit many people comfortably. Each are private homes which evoke a warm & rustic vibe - perfect for a weekend in the mountains. And the hot tubs are a huge plus! My family stayed at one and liked it so much that we came back with a bigger group and rented both, as they are connected by the back yard with two hot tubs.

All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $75 or 5% of total reservation, which ever is greater. A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your vacation rental. Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card during the booking process. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee. Reservation Deposit is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. The BALANCE OF RENT will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, then entire payment and fees are due at the time of the reservation.
