The entry room on the first floor also serves as a game room of sorts with large TV, XBOX, and areas for the kids to spread out and enjoy a game or two. WINTER WEATHER: From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. If stopped by the highway patrol, they will ask to see them. Weather can change quickly in Big Bear and significant snow can stop traffic and delay commutes to and around the Big Bear area. Watch the weather forecast and plan your trip accordingly. WowRentals does not provide refunds for winter weather conditions. During winter snowstorms, we will try our best to plow driveways as quickly as possible, but road conditions can slow down our ability to access many properties. Winter weather can create treacherous conditions. Drive safe and be prepared.

CITY RULES INCLUDE: No parties. No outdoor noise after 10:00 pm. No street parking. No outdoor open fires. Guest must take own trash to city trash sites.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: All guests, regardless of booking direct or through third party channels will be required to read and sign a rental agreement with the property manager. The team at Wowrentals we’re accommodating towards my situation. I arrived late on a Friday and they made sure I had all the information I needed to arrive in peace and with confidence that my weekend would run smoothly.. The location was extremely clean and well suited for a large group. The location in the complex was perfect as the pool and jacuzzi are directly in front of the property. The residence is close to downtown and right next to the lake as well. I whole heartedly recommend using Wowrentals and the properties under their management..

Cancellation Policy
Due to Covid situation, reservations made for stays through June 30, 2020 will have a 10 day cancellation policy. If restrictions by the city, state, or federal government restrict use of vacation rentals due to Covid, WowRentals will provide the option of a full credit, or refund minus 5%. All cancellations (including shortened stays) are refundable (minus cancellation fees of 5%) if cancellation notice is received greater than ten (10) days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ten (10) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Reservation Deposit unless rental unit is rebooked for the exact dates as your reservation.

For reservations made for stays after June 30, 2020, cancellation can be made 30 days prior to the reservation start date. All cancellations (including shortened stays) are refundable (minus cancellation fees of 5%) if cancellation notice is received greater than ten (30) days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ten (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Reservation Deposit unless rental unit is rebooked for the exact dates as your reservation.

All cancellation must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and all cancellations must be confirmed by WowRentals in writing as well. All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $75 or 5% of total reservation, which ever is greater. Cancellations due to weather, acts of nature, or environmental factors are not subject to refund or credits. WowRentals does not offer refunds due to mechanical/electrical failure or malfunctions with hot tubs, televisions or other appliances or equipment.

Deposit Policy
A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your vacation rental. Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card during the booking process. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee. Reservation Deposit is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. The BALANCE OF RENT will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, then entire payment and fees are due at the time of the reservation.
