First Floor: Drive up to the 3-car garage from a cul-de-sac. Plenty of parking for 6 cars on a flat, easy to access driveway. The entrance leads to the great room with a fireplace and open floor plan shared with the dining area and chef’s kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to a large wrap around deck and hot tub. This floor has one bedroom with full bed. The large sofas can convert in to one queen sized sleeper for parties with large families.
Second Floor: The second floor as 3 Bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa that turns into a queen bed. Perfect for the kids to get away and watch movies or play their video games while parents enjoy the views down stairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over full, perfect for 3 kids and enough room on the floor for blowup beds.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Reservation Deposit unless rental unit is rebooked for the exact dates as your reservation. All cancellation must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and all cancellations must be confirmed by WowRentals in writing as well. All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $75 or 5% of total reservation, which ever is greater. Cancellations due to weather, acts of nature, or environmental factors are not subject to refund. WowRentals does not offer refunds due to mechanical/electrical failure or malfunctions with hot tubs, televisions or other equipment.

A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your vacation rental. Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card during the booking process. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee. Reservation Deposit is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. The BALANCE OF RENT will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, then entire payment and fees are due at the time of the reservation.
