Located on the 2nd fairway of the prestigious Greg Norman Course in PGA West, this desert gem boasts panoramic views of mountains, desert, and lush golf course greenery. From the moment you step foot through the entry gate, you and your guests will be greeted by an open and spacious design with wide open spaces, new furniture, updated decor, and state of the art amenities including SMART TVs, whole house WiFi, and a large back yard made for relaxing and entertaining.

Through the private courtyard and past a tranquil water feature, the entry to the house surprises guests with open and airy15 foot ceilings, numerous sliding glass doors, and many windows with direct views of the back yard and golf course. Spend the afternoons relaxing by the tranquil swimming pool or take a break from the sun under the two large covered patios with cooling misters. Watch the sun set over the sprawling fairway while dining on the patio, or take a much needed soak in the jetted hot tub after an adventurous day on one of PGA West's public resort courses.

The Greg Norman Golf Course Estate is filled with professionally designed spaces and well-appointed details like travertine flooring, custom inlays, crown moldings, custom windows treatments and floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that truly bring in the beauty of the outdoors and brings it into the open concept living areas. From the comfortable family room with oversized sectional sofa, fireplace, HDTV and wet-bar, or from the connected window-lined dining room, guests will be able to enjoy the space with friends and family or tuck away into one of the private bedrooms.

The gourmet kitchen features contemporary granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a fantastic dinner party or holiday meal. The large breakfast bar with barstool seating makes the kitchen a perfect place for your friends to gather around enjoying a glass of wine while preparing meals. The eat-in kitchen features a large table with bench seating that can easily accommodate your large group for meal times. If you're looking to entertain in a more formal setting, the formal dining room offers seating for 8, with enough space around the table to add additional chairs if needed.

The master bedroom suite features a California King bed and is furnished with custom design pieces that work together to create an upscale space. Settle in watching the morning news with your cup of coffee next to the fireplace, or watch the golfers work on their game from the private patio doors with fairway views. The en-suite master bathroom features two separate vanities with sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, and a large soaking tub that takes center stage in the room. A walk-in closet is yours to use to store your belongings.

IMPORTANT NOISE RULE: The Greg Norman Golf Course Estate is in a guard gated community where privacy and quiet are expected and required. No parties, no loud get-togethers, no external music is allowed around the pool and patio. Enjoy the house, the pool, and the property but you must keep things cool and quiet!! HOA issues fines to guests for outside music and noise which can be $3000. Yes its a bit excessive, but please don't get us in this situation.

When looking at other properties in PGA West, be sure to ask the owner:
- Do I have to pay for pool heating or AC? The answer is "NO" at our home. Most others require $100-$200 per day fee
- Does the property have good views of the golf course? The answer is "yes" with an ideal fairway view for our home.
- Does the golf cart path travel right behind the property? Not at this house, the golf cart path is 100 yds across the other side of the fairway which provides the privacy you are looking for.
- Do they charge a security deposit that takes weeks to get back? We do not. No security deposits with WowRentals because!

This is a brand new, first time rental as of October 2020 that has never been rented previously. It is in great condition.
Until our Short-term rental license is approved, the property is available for 30 days or more only. Please call us for more details and discounts for 30 days or more.

NOTE ON AC: The house has new AC units. Owner sets the lowest thermostat temperature to 74 degrees. On the hottest summer days when temperatures are between 110 to 120, the AC units will struggle to get down to temperatures below 80 degrees. The AC units are newer and not broken. In the desert, all AC units can struggle during these hot summers, but 80 degrees in a house feels fine when its 115 outside. At night, when the outdoor temperature decreases the rooms will cool off even further.

COVID CLEANING: Extra precautions are taken during these covid times that include, 24 hour gap between guests (no back-to-backs), extra disinfecting of touchable surfaces, and masks worn by crews.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: All guests, regardless of booking direct or through third party channels will be required to read and sign a rental agreement with the property manager. WowRentals is a professional property management company that has helped over 10,000 guests have fun in our beautiful properties. We have a 4.9 Star Rating on average across all our properties.
Please be advised we do require a 25yr minimum age requirement for renting any of our properties.

Cancellation Policy
Due to Covid situation, reservations made for stays through June 30, 2020 will have a 10 day cancellation policy. If restrictions by the city, state, or federal government restrict use of vacation rentals due to Covid, WowRentals will provide the option of a full credit, or refund minus 5%. All cancellations (including shortened stays) are refundable (minus cancellation fees of 5%) if cancellation notice is received greater than ten (10) days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ten (10) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Reservation Deposit unless rental unit is rebooked for the exact dates as your reservation.

For reservations made for stays after June 30, 2020, cancellation can be made 30 days prior to the reservation start date. All cancellations (including shortened stays) are refundable (minus cancellation fees of 5%) if cancellation notice is received greater than ten (30) days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ten (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full Reservation Deposit unless rental unit is rebooked for the exact dates as your reservation.

All cancellation must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and all cancellations must be confirmed by WowRentals in writing as well. All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $75 or 5% of total reservation, which ever is greater. Cancellations due to weather, acts of nature, or environmental factors are not subject to refund or credits. WowRentals does not offer refunds due to mechanical/electrical failure or malfunctions with hot tubs, televisions or other appliances or equipment.

Deposit Policy
A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your vacation rental. Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card during the booking process. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee. Reservation Deposit is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. The BALANCE OF RENT will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, then entire payment and fees are due at the time of the reservation.
