HOME #1, BOULDER BAY LODGE, has enough space for 14 guests and is equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two large decks, a patio, Wi-Fi, foosball, ping pong table, two adult bikes, two kid’s bikes, an outdoor hot tub, and a boat dock right in beautiful Boulder Bay. The home features a living room with three French doors that open to the oversized deck that brings the outside inside! Boulder Bay Lodge is within an easy walk of the new Boulder Bay Park which offers some of the best views and summer swimming in Big Bear. With easy access to the village, hiking, and ski slopes Boulder Bay Lodge is the perfect Big Bear destination.
FIRST FLOOR: Provides two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the game room. The first-floor rooms include a bunk room with two full over queen-sized bunk beds and a quest suite with queen bed. The game room is adjacent with foosball, electronic darts and ping pong. Out the two French doors from the game room are several patios, outdoor seating, and a hot tub for relaxing after a day of snow skiing, snowboarding, fishing, or boating.
SECOND FLOOR: The main floor offers is the gathering spot to sit by the fireplace or open the three French doors to the large deck to double your indoor/outdoor living area. Views of the lake are to be enjoyed. The family room and dining room sit next to a beautiful professional, full service kitchen with built in fridge, double ovens, two microwaves, and breakfast bar and gas stove. A 55-inch LCD TV connects to a DVD or DirectTV for entertainment. A stereo is also connected to 6 internal speakers and 2 deck speakers for enjoyment.
THIRD FLOOR: The sleeping quarters on the third floor offer incredible views from three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, French doors to the third-floor deck with lake views, a bathroom with double sinks, granite counter tops, granite shower. The second bedroom has king sized bed and French doors to the deck and incredible lake views. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
HOME #2, LAKEFRONT CHALET ON BOULDER BAY has room for 8 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and parking for 5 cars. Lakefront Chalet has over 100ft of lake frontage and a very large patio that overlooks Boulder Bay. A hot tub, gas fire pit, BBQ and several lounge chairs on the deck make for a relaxing place to enjoy the lake. A large, new dock has ample room to dock a boat, kayaks, and jet skis. A single-story residence makes it easy for guests to move around freely. The great room has a large LCD TV, large dining table, and a wet bar next to sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in.
Bedroom #1 is the master suite with king sized bed and private entry from the large outdoor patio. equipped with an HD TV, bathtub and shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed and close proximity to the second bathroom and kitchen. It too has an HD TV.
Bedroom #3 is the bunk room with two twins over twin bunks beds and an HD TV.
AMENITIES: We provide only the finest luxury amenities that include: Spa-quality towels, high thread-count linens, spa soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion, and quality paper products.
ADDITIONAL INFO: High speed WIFI and satellite TV is provided in each residence. Parking is available for about 10 cars. Both Homes are in excellent condition and reviews have been consistently 5-stars.

WINTER WEATHER: From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. If stopped by highway patrol they will ask to see them. Weather can change quickly in Big Bear and significant snow can stop traffic and delay commutes to and around the Big Bear area. Watch the weather forecast and plan your trip accordingly. WowRentals does not provide refunds for winter weather conditions. During winter snow storms, we will try our best to plow driveways as quickly as possible, but road conditions can slow down our ability to access many properties. Winter weather can create treacherous conditions. Drive safe and be prepared.
Lake Level and Dock Usage Update: As of 5/1/2017 the lake is down 11’6” form full. We always expect some rain in Spring and early Summer that may fill the lake up further. As it stands the dock at this property is not useable unless the lake level rises. If the lake is not useable, WOW Rentals will pay for daily slip rental at Holloway’s Marina. Great property for a large group. We rented both homes for our family reunion. Since both homes had boat docks (overlooking the water) we were expecting them both to be on the water. Large home was Awesome! which was across the street from the smaller home on the water. We chose to hang out at the smaller home overlooking the water and enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. We rented kayaks and jet skis. We were not able to bring the jet ski's by the dock area as the water was too low and too much algae. Fun out in the large lake area. We just hung out , played games and visited. Great meeting area for family from Arizona and Sacramento. Not child proof though, a lot of nice decor. Great Experience

Both homes are well taken care of and a good value for having a place directly on the lake. I came up with a group of guys (in our 30s & 40s) and the 14 separate beds was a big plus. The owners/management group was friendly and helpful. The houses have nice amenities (nice towels, soaps and shampoos) and the great selection of TV channels was nice when we wanted a break from outdoor activities. Only complaint has nothing to do with the homes. The water level, as of 6/15/16, is down over 13 feet on Big Bear Lake. According to the townies, it has been down for years. Due to this, we were not about to use the dock for a boat. We used the marina, which was fine, but a little disappointing. Overall, great property that I would happily stay at again.

he Home is a really well place to stay whatever time of the year. The lakeside three story home was a 1 minute walk to the new park built on the side of the lake. The view from the two different lofts was extremely breath taking. Anybody will love it here. Nice relaxing for adults and wifi, TVs, and games for teens and children. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Big Bear. One of the best experience I've had in Big Bear!New Review
