THE VIEWS AT BOULDER PEAK is a custom-built luxury cabin with all the details and touches expected from a discerning guest. Stroll in through the entry and large front porch, to gaze through the floor to ceiling windows of the great room. The views from anywhere in this cabin will take your breath away. The openness of the great room encourages family and friends to enjoy each other's company. Cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. Eat breakfast at the granite breakfast bar, or sip coffee on the large out door decks. Later in the evening, enjoy a soak in the large outdoor hot tub under the cool, crisp, starry sky.
THE MASTER BEDROOM offers a comfortable pillow top king-sized bed and suite with a shower and soaking tub. Roll out of bed and through the private sliding doors and sip coffee on the view deck in the morning or you can cozy up next to the gas burning fire place inside.
BEDROOM 2 provides a comfortable king and easy access to a shared bathroom. Plenty of privacy for a second couple, grandparents, or children. An HDTV is provided.
BEDROOM 3 has a queen bed. It is a comfortable space for children and adults with easy access to the kitchen and shared bathroom.
THE KITCHEN is a cook's dream, with updated appliances and stocked with all the tools of the trade including blenders, mixers, pots and pans, and utensils. The kitchen opens to the great room and has views of the valley and mountains where Chefs can create their magic while staying connected with the other guests. A breakfast bar provides a platform for easy conversation and feeding hungry kids.

PETS: Dogs are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties. A Pet Fee of $100 per pet will be charged. There is a maximum of two (2) dogs per property where allowed. WINTER WEATHER: From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. If stopped by highway patrol they will ask to see them. Weather can change quickly in Big Bear and significant snow can stop traffic and delay commutes to and around the Big Bear area. Watch the weather forecast and plan your trip accordingly. WowRentals does not provide refunds for winter weather conditions. During winter snow storms, we will try our best to plow driveways as quickly as possible, but road conditions can slow down our ability to access many properties. Winter weather can create treacherous conditions. Drive safe and be prepared.

We booked this home last minute, meaning 2pm and arrived at 6:45pm greeted by an agent with Wow. The home was light up and the heater on to ease our arrival. We’ve stayed on many VRBO properties but this one fails to compare in cleanliness, top notch linens and furnishings and a superbly stocked kitchen with proper cutlery and utensils making cooking an easy task. The view is unbelievable and the neighborhood quiet and quaint. Hiking can be accessed from the back yard making exploring with little ones easy to do while being safely in the confines of Castle Glen Estates. We will absolutely be back!

Excellent experience! the service was great from beginning to end. They are very nice and ready to help you out with anything you might need. The property is incredibly beautiful and in very good condition. It was the perfect home for our family vacation. The views from the terrace are amazing. We will be definitely booking this one again in the future!

All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $75 or 5% of total reservation, which ever is greater. Cancellations due to weather, acts of nature, or environmental factors are not subject to refund. A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your vacation rental. Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card during the booking process. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee. Reservation Deposit is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your scheduled check-in date. The BALANCE OF RENT will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, then entire payment and fees are due at the time of the reservation.
